10MAR2012- Had Gary over for this one. He wanted to check out the brewery and the brew process. Had a great time, caught up on things and chatted a bunch. Everything went pretty well with no major hangups. Excited to see how this brew turns out.
01APR2012- Down to 1.016, transferred to Keg. Tastes great, can't wait for it to be conditioned. ABV 7%
