Black Butte Clone (10 Gallon Batch)

As far as a clone the grain is pretty close, but I just made up the hops based on what I had on hand.

Ingredients-

Grain:
22 lbs 2 Row
1 lb Crystal 60L
1 lb Chocolate Malt
8 oz Black Patent

Hops:
1.0 oz CTZ @ 60
2.0 Cascade @ 10

Yeast: 1/2 was pitched with Safale-04 English Ale, 1/2 With Safale-05 American Ale

OG: I forgot to take on OG on this one but most of the other brew this day were pretty close to target. Target was 1.057 so probably somewhere around there.

07JAN2012- Brewing went great, this was the last batch. I was tired and forgot to do the OG, but oh well.
