Lager Dogger

Ingredients-

Grain:
12 lbs 2 Row Pale Malt
1 lb Briess Red Wheat

Hops: (mystery hops are really wet so high weight does not exactly equate)
7 oz Mystery Hops @ 60
15 oz Mystery Hops @ 5

Yeast:
Urquell Lager

OG: 1.061
